Synopsis: Moriyama Mikuri (Aragaki Yui) and Tsuzaki Hiramasa (Hoshino Gen) are “joint partners” of the workplace they call home. Although both of them work, they have been able to share household duties perfectly and live happily and peacefully. The female employees’ childbirth waiting list becomes a topic at the company where Mikuri works. Meanwhile, Mikuri discovers that she is pregnant. The two of them finally decide to officially marry but have a dispute over registering it. Furthermore, Mikuri suffers from morning sickness which flusters Hiramasa, causing him to whine that he is the one who wants to cry. He decides to take paternity leave before an important project but is saved from his predicament by his former boss Numata Yoritsuna (Furuta Arata) and colleagues (Otani Ryohei, Fujii Takashi). While Hiramasa and Mikuri seek to rebuild their life including the division of housework, they are thrown off by childbirth, childrearing and events that they are not accustomed to. On the other hand, Mikuri’s aunt, Tsuchiya Yuri (Ishida Yuriko), also faces a big turning point in her life when she gets a gynaecological checkup at the recommendation of a former high school classmate Hanamura Ibuki (Nishida Naomi) who is the head nurse at a private hospital. Then some incident makes Mikuri and Hiramasa split up and they end up spending their days apart. Will they be able to reconcile?
