Synopsis: The “anything” consultation office of Suginami Chuo Police Precinct is a department to leave people who have got the boot for causing problems at various places. “Zero is zero no matter how you multiply it.” That is to say, good-for-nothings are useless no matter how many people there are. They get ridiculed as the “Zero Section” and have to handle miscellaneous affairs such as annoying, trivial notifications, complaints, claims and troublesome disputes. At the section, the naive Kobayakawa Fuyuhiko (Koizumi Kotaro), a career police officer from the National Research Institute of Police Science who cannot read situations, teams up with capable veteran detective Terada Torami (Matsushita Yuki) who was thrown out of the Criminal Affairs Division for causing trouble all the time. Synopsis: Nishio Eiichi (Nagayama Kento) came to Tokyo alone to pursue his dream. He is a struggling young actor who is troubled that he only plays dead corpses each time he appears in a drama. One day, Nishio enters a small pub called Fuji in Nakameguro on a whim and sees actor Omori Nao (Omori Nao), who is one of the famous people with signatures on the walls and ceiling plastered with coloured paper, drinking in there. Nishio is reminded what the important things are as he comes in contact with Omori and other celebrities who are regulars at Fuji.

He is assigned to a department for deadwood, the General Affairs Department’s Animal Unit which takes care of the pets of suspects and missing persons. Sudo gets exasperated with Keiko who loves animals more than humans and rushes headlong in her own direction. However, the appearance of the pets left at the scenes are clues to her.
