Synopsis: In the autumn of 2016, up-and-coming scriptwriter Takeyama Jun (Okada Masaki) cannot concentrate on his work due to the shock from a heartbreak. So he leaves Tokyo and comes back to the same obscure, nameless town in Hokkaido again after one and a half years. He is asked by Sakurada Shuntaro (Moriyama Eiji) who works for the municipal office’s local revitalisation department to write a short film script for the town’s revitalisation. Sakurada wants to give a boost to this town which has no outstanding tourist attractions. However, he tends to have bad ideas and slacks off towards the end. Takeyama gets forced to take it on by Matsui Hideo (Suzuki Kosuke), the representative of Diamond Dust Odd Jobs Company, who is also Sakurada’s childhood friend and a one-time aspiring movie director. Then Takeyama meets nurse Kiritani Kozue (Iitoyo Marie) who has been selected as the short film’s heroine and is stunned. He cannot believe his eyes when he sees her. Kozue looks exactly like his ex-girlfriend whom he had just broken up with!
