Because the damage and economic turmoil is expected to be beyond all imagination if this natural disaster strikes, each country devotes efforts to gather intelligence and draw up countermeasures. In the midst of this, it is learnt that one method will prevent most of the damage. It involves installing a special device underground at a certain location in the city. Synopsis: The arrogant Yuminari Ryuta (Motoki Masahiro), an ace political journalist who has scored a string of scoops, exposes the secret pact between the US and Japan that was behind the return of Okinawa. Synopsis: Kuwagata Koichi (Sato Ryuta) is an associate professor at the department of literature of a third-rate university. Society for some reason refers to him as a “great sleuth”, but he does not have the disposition of someone famous. On the surface, he appears cool and collected. But inside, he is extremely intense – his heart would soar if he were praised and he would slump deep into the ground if he were stomped on. He has led the life of a loser because his idiosyncracies attract a succession of cases and small disasters. However, he decides to make a fresh start in life, bidding farewell to his wretched past and entering a stylish life of breezily overcoming crises with his post at the university. He attempts to solve every difficult problem by using his ever-changing wild ideas. His partner is Shinno Hitomi (Sakuraba Nanami), a second-year literature student at the university and the only who knows of the bad ideas that unfold in Kuwagata’s mind.
