Story
Tsutsumi Shinko, a glib former swindler, has been released on parole. Stuck without money and a job, Shinko succeeds in duping and ripping off Kurume Isao, a man wearing expensive shoes. However, Kurume is actually an inspector from the Board of Audit’s Special Investigations Division. He trusts Shinko, who has a dubious background, and headhunts her. He would like her to investigate and pursue those bad people who have their eyes on the 92 trillion yen national budget and are lining their own pockets. Shinko is surprised.
