Story
A skeleton is found at the Yamanaka highway construction site. It is determined to be the remains of a criminal who embezzled 300 million yen from a bank 10 years ago. At that time, three bank employees that went missing right after the embezzlement case were put on a nationwide wanted list. The remains belong to Sakota Mai, who was one of the three. Sakuragi Izumi, a rookie detective with the Special Investigations Division, goes together with her senior, Tsukamoto Keigo, to interview, Miyamoto Hiroshi, a restauranteur. A note with Miyamoto’s account number written on it had been found among the personal effects.
