He is asked by one of his patients to write a letter and wanting to be of help, Junichi starts letterwriting to convey the final thoughts of these patients to their loved ones.

Synopsis: Takii Kazumi (Narumi Riko), a third year high school girl who has her sights set on being a pianist, has been dating her older boyfriend, Horikawa Keigo (Tanaka Kei), for three years. They have been in a long distance relationship because Keigo, who dreams of being an architect, is studying abroad in university in California. The two of them decide to meet on 23 September, their anniversary, before Keigo leaves for the States and arrange their reunion at the shrine nearby that they visit each year. On the appointed date, Kazumi believing that Keigo will “definitely come”, heads to the shrine but her footsteps are heavy because she cannot bring herself to tell him that she has given up on her dream of being a pianist. When she arrives at the shrine, she takes a look inside. However … he is not there. She feels uneasy for a moment, but a gust of wind blows and Keigo appears. The two of them are reunited after one year and Kazumi is moved to tears …

Synopsis:At the bus stop for overnight buses near Tokyo, Shimada Haruka (Tanimura Mitsuki) comes to see her boyfriend, Hashimoto Tomoyuki (Hakamada Yoshihiko), with whom she has been having a long distance relationship, off as he boards a bus bound for Sendai. Tomoyuki hints at marriage but this does not get across to Haruka who has her sights set on being a jewellery designer and still want to work in Tokyo. At the bus stop, Haruka is invited to a long-distance love club by Rie (Kurosaka Mami), a girl who had been crying dramatically as she sent off her boyfriend, and her friend Kiriko (Eda Megumi). It appears that Rie and Kiriko are dating several men through long distance relationships and also dating different men in Tokyo. One day, the two girls recruit Haruka to make the numbers for a dating party. One of the guys, Mori Shogo (Uchida Asahi) is clumsy for his looks and is pushed around by his other two colleagues. Shogo somehow weighs on Haruka’s mind and on her way home, she runs into him …

i almost had a panic attack when I scanned the Fall tanpatsu section in wiki.. and saw that Tengoku de Kimi ni Aetara was no longer listed. I was certain it was there weeks ago..
