Synopsis: 40-year-old Yamagami Kenichi (Hagiwara Masato) who had been a bachelor all his life, suddenly made up his mind and joined a matchmaking party. That was where he hit it off with the beautiful Kojima Akane (Kuninaka Ryoko). They got married after dating for only a month. Kenichi’s days are happy, but his wife’s personality changes drastically. Her driving, favourite food and even her disposition in the day and at night vary from day to day … … Kenichi is bewildered, but more strange things occur. On one occasion when the two of them are waiting for a taxi while they were out, a man calls Akane, “Nagisa”. Akane pays no heed, dismissing it as a poor attempt at picking her up. Days later, when Kenichi is at the lobby of Akasaka Royal Hotel for work, he sees a female who resembles Akane. But when he asks Akane that night, she remarks that it is purely coincidental. Kenichi receives further shock when he reads an newspaper article on a fatal stabbing incident at the Akasaka Royal Hotel. The victim was Someya Keisuke (Aijima Kazuyuki), a man who had talked to Akane. There is little that Kenichi knows. He and Akane had married after a brief courtship, and there is much that he is unaware of. And so, he starts to search for clues of Akane’s secrets. He finds her notebook during a search of her car. “Someya” is signed inside it. Is it that of the man who had called out to Akane in the street? In addition, “Akasaka RH. Link up with Nagisa” was written in the schedule. Kenichi is unnerved. At that moment, Tokunaga Kazuo (Kobayashi Nenji) and Fujikura Yumi (Shiraishi Miho) of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police come to Kenichi’s place … …
